Job Shift: DayRuss Darrow Metro Honda is actively seeking energetic, motivated Sales Associates to keep up with strong customer demand! This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and earning based on performance.
With excellent training, ongoing support from our Management Team, and one of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin — paying on both front and back end gross — Russ Darrow Group offers a sales environment where your effort truly pays off.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives
- Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals
- Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Sales experience in any industry is welcome — we provide excellent training
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals motivated to succeed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening
