📍 Angel, Islington, North London
🕒 Part-Time (20hrs) | Studio Based (Monday, Wednesday, Friday + Saturday mornings.

F45 Islington is looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales/Membership Manager to drive membership growth, build strong member relationships, and support day-to-day studio operations within our premium boutique fitness environment.

This is more than a sales role. We’re looking for someone who can own the sales journey, become a key face of the studio, and step onto the coaching floor when required to deliver exceptional member experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to play a major part in our continued growth while becoming a key member of our studio leadership team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of studio sales performance while supporting studio operations and member engagement.

You’ll be responsible for driving memberships, improving retention, building local partnerships, and ensuring every lead receives an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to becoming a long-term member.

Alongside sales responsibilities, you’ll also support class delivery and coach F45 sessions when required.

This is a studio-based position:

Working Pattern:

  • Monday (Studio Based) 6hrs

  • Wednesday (Studio Based) 6hrs

  • Friday (Studio Based) 6hrs

  • Saturday mornings 2hrs

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

  • Drive new membership sales and revenue growth

  • Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes

  • Consistently achieve and exceed studio KPIs and sales targets

  • Conduct membership consultations and studio tours

  • Build strong local community relationships to increase brand awareness

  • Support member retention initiatives and reduce churn

  • Manage membership enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person

  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Community & Member Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the member journey

  • Build genuine relationships with members and prospects

  • Support studio events, challenges, and community initiatives

  • Be a visible and energetic presence within the studio

  • Work closely with coaches and studio leadership to strengthen member engagement

Coaching Support

  • Deliver F45 classes when required

  • Support coaches during busy periods

  • Ensure members receive exceptional coaching standards and experience

  • Maintain energy, professionalism, and strong studio presence

About You

We’re looking for someone commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about fitness and people.

You’ll ideally have:

Essential:

✔ Sales experience within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer-focused industries
✔ Proven track record hitting KPIs and sales targets
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
✔ Confident handling leads and converting enquiries into memberships
✔ Energetic, professional, and community focused personality
✔ Availability to work studio-based Monday, Wednesday, Friday and occasional Saturday mornings
✔ Level 2 Fitness Qualification (minimum)

Desirable:

✔ Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
✔ Previous F45 experience
✔ Previous boutique fitness sales experience
✔ Experience coaching group fitness classes
