Salesforce Transformation Lead

6-Month Contract | Part time 3 days per week

About the role

Scentia is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Transformation Lead to drive a major end-to-end Salesforce transformation across our organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a large-scale, high-impact programme, covering design through to implementation — including multi-org consolidation, unified data model design, and full delivery lifecycle.

Working closely with our Product Owner and delivery partner Cloudwerx, you will take ownership of programme governance, delivery coordination, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end Salesforce transformation programme
  • Manage integrated delivery across design, build, testing, and go-live
  • Coordinate solution design and ensure alignment to business needs
  • Drive backlog refinement and Agile delivery alongside key stakeholders
  • Oversee data migration strategy, mapping, and cutover planning
  • Ensure readiness for testing, deployment, and user adoption
  • Manage stakeholders across business, technical teams, and vendors
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring strong governance

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in programme or project management
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce transformations or implementations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and cutover execution
  • Experience working with external implementation partners
  • Strong Agile delivery experience (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and navigate complex environments

Experience within education or training sectors is advantageous.

We are open to engaging this role as either a fixed-term contract or via an ABN arrangement for the right candidate.

If you’re an experienced Salesforce transformation leader who enjoys driving complex programmes and delivering real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.
