abra is hiring for its Salesforce activity – Salesforce Technical Lead
We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to take ownership of the full technical lifecycle, from architecture and solution design through deployment and ongoing platform governance. This role serves as the central technical authority for the Salesforce ecosystem, driving scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead technical solution design and architecture in collaboration with business stakeholders and Business Analysts
• Own the end-to-end technical delivery process, including sprint planning, task allocation, and quality assurance
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Business Analysts and Implementers
• Oversee metadata, configuration, and release management across environments
• Drive architecture decisions across integrations, automation frameworks, data models, and DevOps processes
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring platform scalability and stability
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect or senior technical leadership role
• Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, platform architecture, and best practices
• Strong experience designing complex Salesforce Flows and scalable frameworks
• Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience designing and maintaining integrations with external systems
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, deployment tools, and source-driven development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with Jira
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and confident navigating complex technical challenges and rapid timeline pivots
• Superb communication skills – able to present complex technical choices clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant academic degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Must)
Nice to have
• Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or any other relevant Salesforce certifications
• Background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
