About the Opportunity

Our Salesforce Practice is preparing for an active season ahead. We are currently awaiting the outcomes of several major tenders and want to be ready to commence delivery immediately once they land. Rather than waiting for the final signatures, we are proactively opening this Expression of Interest (EOI) to connect with skilled Salesforce Technical Consultants right now.

By submitting an EOI, you secure your position in our priority talent pool. Once our project timelines are locked in, you will be the first to know—allowing us to skip the standard recruitment delays and move straight into discussing real project work.

What You’ll Do As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at Innovior, this role is primarily focused on hands-on technical delivery, working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and other developers to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that meet business and client requirements.

  • Building Salesforce solutions using a combination of declarative and programmatic capabilities.

  • Developing solutions across areas such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, validation rules, integrations, and security controls.

  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned to agreed standards.

  • Performing unit testing and supporting system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.

What You Bring We are looking for a strong hands-on builder with a practical and quality-focused mindset. You will ideally bring:

  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a development, configuration, or technical consulting role.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, and other declarative features.

  • An understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, automation capabilities, and platform constraints.

  • The ability to interpret requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and project-based delivery environments.

It is also highly desirable if you have:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, JavaScript Developer I, or related credentials.

  • Exposure to integrations, APIs, data migration, or DevOps tooling.
