You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective sourcing and hiring strategies. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will play a key part in shaping candidate experience while ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in hiring outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing channels to attract top Salesforce professionals. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Salesforce and technical roles while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified, engaged candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding support
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and creative talent acquisition methods
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and industry platforms
• Coordinate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes
• Manage offer negotiation, candidate communication, and ensure a strong overall candidate experience
• Maintain accurate job postings, documentation, and recruitment tracking systems
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition for new hires

Requirements

Experienced recruiter with strong Salesforce hiring expertise and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume technical recruitment cycles.

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on Salesforce roles (Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and technical hiring requirements
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in candidate and stakeholder conversations
• Strong sourcing capabilities using both traditional and creative recruitment strategies
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Suite
