Siemens Healthineers is hiring for a Salesforce System/Solution Architect. In this role you will define part of the Enterprise Architecture roadmap around our Salesforce ecosystem and drives execution of strategic business transformation initiatives.
Ensure that landscape architecture decisions are followed by the organization
Direct the research, analysis, design, proposal, and delivery of solutions
Be responsible for the secure design of systems and solutions base on guidelines and regulations
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and eCommerce solutions.
Design and implement secure, complaint, and scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on data privacy, security, role-based access controls, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA/GDPR.
Develop rich and intuitive user interface and robust solutions using Salesforce LWC, Apex, Flows, API’s, Platform Events, and other related Salesforce technologies.
Provide architecture recommendations considering scope, budget, timelines, scalability, and resource availability.
Experience leading business workshops, defining and validating business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, system analysts, and super users to define and validate business requirements.
Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Lead the creation of prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate solution approaches and promote adoption across business teams.
Establish development standards, testing frameworks, deployment strategies, and end-user documentation processes.
Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, governance activities, and deployment reviews.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities and industry best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and implement AI-enabled Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities. Establish governance frameworks and best practices for secure, responsible, and compliant enterprise AI adoption.
Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify and reduce technical debt.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, application development, and enterprise solution delivery.
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, VisualForce, Flows, APIs, Integration Patterns, Aura Components, and Salesforce security architecture.
Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as handling large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration.
Experience in designing enterprise integrations between Salesforce, SAP, middleware platforms, and data warehousing systems.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, testing strategies, and DevOps practices.
Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing cross-functional projects.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience with Salesforce AI tools including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and AI-powered automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience with middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or SnapLogic.
Experience with Oracle CPQ, Oracle OSM, or other CPQ tools and their integration with Salesforce.
Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise analytics and data platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau CRM, Power BI, CRM Analytics, or enterprise data warehouses.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Experience supporting global enterprise implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

The expected compensation for this position is:
104,000.00 - 148,500.00 CAD Annual
Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
