We're Hiring: Salesforce Systems Specialist

Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

Full-Time | Permanent Position

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to, develop, and enhance customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and working knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support end-to-end service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Configure and manage Cases, Queues, Escalation Rules, Entitlements, and Milestones
• Implement and customize Omni-Channel for intelligent case routing
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
• Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts
• Implement Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Chat, Messaging, and CTI integrations
• Support integration between Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) objects (Cases ↔ Work Orders)
• Perform testing, deployment, and production support
• Ensure Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) including Work Orders and Service Appointments
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge
• Familiarity with CTI and multi-channel support
• Experience with deployment tools ( Change Sets, Git,Flosum)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
