About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce System Analyst to join our team in delivering impactful, end-to-end solutions with Salesforce as the core platform.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Functional Consultants to ensure solutions meet business requirements through structured testing, quality assurance, and user enablement activities. This includes creating test scenarios and scripts, conducting functional testing, supporting SIT and UAT activities, developing training materials, and exploring test automation to improve delivery quality.

This role offers broad exposure to enterprise-scale technology projects involving Salesforce, system integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to understand expected system behaviour.
  • Create and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
  • Perform functional testing and validation of configured or developed features.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Validate defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Contribute to test planning and quality assurance activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Test Automation

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Work with Developers and Business Analysts to identify suitable business processes for automation.
  • Improve regression testing efficiency through automation.
  • Investigate automation failures and support resolution of test issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.

Training & Enablement

  • Work with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Change Management teams to understand user needs and training requirements.
  • Develop user guides, quick reference guides, and training presentations.
  • Design training content for different user groups or personas.
  • Support train-the-trainer sessions and end-user training activities.


Project Delivery

  • Participate actively in project meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, and testing discussions.
  • Track assigned tasks and communicate progress, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

Must have skills and experience

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.


Good to have

  • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, business analysis, training, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
  • Experience creating training materials or conducting user training.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise applications.
  • Experience in public sector projects or regulated environments.

  • Gain exposure across business analysis, quality assurance, training, and technology delivery activities.


Success measures

  • Produce clear and comprehensive test scripts with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver testing activities on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
  • Contribute to reducing SIT and UAT defects through effective testing.
  • Increase regression test coverage through automation initiatives.
  • Develop accurate and user-friendly training materials.
  • Receive positive feedback from project teams and users on testing support and training quality.
  • Demonstrate increasing ownership of testing and enablement activities.
  • Build foundational knowledge of Salesforce and enterprise system delivery.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
