For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Holds a valid Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Administers a live Salesforce production org, managing user access, configuration, and ongoing operational issues — not solely sandbox or project-based environments
  • Configures and maintains Sales Cloud for retail-facing users, addressing challenges specific to high-turnover environments, shared credentials, and counter-device sessions
  • Manages product and pricing structures in Salesforce using Product2, price books, and product catalogs to support sales operations
  • Applies a critical eye when working with external vendors, assessing the quality and completeness of Salesforce deliverables rather than accepting them at face value
  • Communicates technical positions clearly to stakeholders, including when and why changes to API integrations or Salesforce configuration approaches are justified
  • Experience with B2C Commerce (Valued)
  • Experience with Platform App Builder, Platform Developer (Valued)
  • Fluency in Portuguese (C1); Fluency in English (B1)
  • Availability for on site work model based in Lisbon
  • Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
