Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in both configuration and technical solutioning across multi-cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Define architecture standards, data models, security frameworks, and system integration patterns using Salesforce and supporting technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into a scalable and sustainable Salesforce solution roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and governance throughout the solution lifecycleincluding requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Guide development teams (internal and external) on technical implementation, code reviews, and deployment practices.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases to inform platform strategy and innovation.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Participate in solution estimation, pre-sales support, and technical proposal preparation when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in CRM/enterprise application architecture, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce solution design and delivery.
• Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Platform) and familiarity with Marketing or CPQ is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and integration APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party and legacy systems using middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions and coordinate delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive solution alignment.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (optional/highly valued)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer / Consultant (any cloud specialization)
