As a Salesforce Solutions Analyst you will be accountable for the end-to-end implementation, development, and continuous improvement of Salesforce initiatives including platform design and governance, and partners with the Director of Sales Operations to obtain approval prior to deploying Salesforce enhancements.
This role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that enable pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational execution. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, emphasizing solution delivery, adoption, and governance rather than certification-based administration. The Salesforce Solutions Analyst is accountable for platform outcomes, adoption, and scalability, operating as a business systems owner rather than a transactional support role.

These two divisions represent the core strengths of StandardAero, our exhaustive engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services capabilities and our significant portfolio of component repair services for business aviation, commercial aviation, military, fixed wing, helicopter and industrial power customers.
