Job Description


We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Solution Architect with
expertise
in CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud

to join our team. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering and design sessions, provide technical leadership, and ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and customer-focused solutions across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. You will act as the highest-level technical authority, guiding consultants and developers, while also engaging with clients to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead requirements gathering and design sessions within Quote-to-Cash processes, including industry-specific functions and approaches.

  • Create and document cohesive solution designs that

    utilize

    best practices and meet customer

    objectives

    .

  • Provide technical leadership to project teams, guiding consultants and developers through implementation details.

  • Own and be accountable for project tasks, ensuring

    timely

    and high-quality delivery.

  • Execute and teach effective processes including project methodologies, programming standards, and meeting preparation.

  • Provide sound technical and business advice to customers

    regarding

    solution adoption and long-term success.

  • Design and implement robust systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

  • Undertake complex analysis, tracing performance implications through data and system interactions.

  • Formulate broader perspectives by recognizing interrelationships between elements and arriving at coherent conclusions.

  • Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures with

    a strong sense

    of urgency.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical

    expertise

    and solution design support.


Requirements


Requirements & Competencies


  • Experience with RCA/RCB implementations.

  • 2+ years of solution architecture and design experience with

    Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing

    .

  • 3+ years of design and configuration experience with Salesforce CPQ.

  • 2+ years of experience with recurring billing SaaS solutions, Apex, and web-based programming languages (HTML/JavaScript).


Skill Set


  • 5+ years of experience as a team member in successful implementations of CPQ, CRM, Billing, and/or ERP systems.

  • 4+ years of solution architecture and design experience in CPQ, CRM, Billing, and/or ERP systems.

  • Strong technical skills with Salesforce CPQ and/or Billing implementation and architecture experience.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CORE Cloud capabilities (Customer Data Platform, MuleSoft Integration,

    OmniStudio

    , Einstein Analytics).

  • Understanding of efficient business processes (sales, order management,

    logistics

    ).

  • Strong communication

    skills with experience in messaging to external customers.

  • High motivation and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success.

  • 2+ years of experience with e-Business or SaaS applications and web-based programming languages/technologies.

  • Deep experience with the Quote-to-Cash process.

  • BS/BA in a business discipline.
