In your role as Salesforce Consultant Service2Retention, you will actively support the further development of our global service processes and drive innovative solutions within a modern Salesforce ecosystem.

• As a Salesforce Consultant Service2Retention, you advise Product Owners and international stakeholders on the harmonization, implementation, and continuous improvement of group-wide service processes based on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• As part of a self-organizing team, you develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across the entire service customer journey, making a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our service organization
• Following the analysis and evaluation of business requirements, you design sustainable technical concepts, take responsibility for the configuration and continuous optimization of Salesforce solutions (including data models, automations, flows, validation rules, and reporting), and support their implementation through to successful user adoption
• With your ideas and innovative mindset, you actively shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and ways of working

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant and have implemented service processes based on Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally also using Salesforce Field Service
• Knowledge & Skills: You possess solid expertise in configuring Salesforce solutions, including data models, flows, validation rules, and reports, as well as a strong understanding of service processes and their digitalization
• Nice to Have: Experience in international project environments, integration scenarios, Salesforce certifications, and knowledge of agile working methodologies would be an advantage
• Personality: With a high level of initiative, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, you build trust with stakeholders and can communicate complex requirements clearly and effectively
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in English; German is a plus
