Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions across Banking, Healthcare, and Financial Services domains. Proven expertise in technical leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, team mentoring, and full-lifecycle Salesforce platform delivery in Agile/Scrum environments. Certified in Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, AI Associate, and AI Specialist (Agentforce).

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and configure autonomous Agents by defining precise Topics, Instructions and Actions to automate complex, end-to-end business processes and elevate user experiences.
  • Design and maintain advanced automation using Record-Triggered Flows, Approval Processes, and legacy migration strategies to optimize enterprise business workflows.
  • Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components for building scalable enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations supporting customer onboarding, case management, and service operations.
  • Proven experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Apex callouts for enterprise systems.
  • Experienced in automation using Record-Triggered Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes to streamline business workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL optimization, governor limits, and bulk data processing for high-volume transactions.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, and Copado for deployment and release management.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with focus on delivering scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
