Whatyou’llwork on:
Creating high-level technical designsand making sure solutions follow Salesforce best practices (security, limits, scalability)
Leading delivery of complex Apex, LWC, and sophisticated Floworchestrations
Owning code quality through code reviews, patterns, and hands-on mentoring for junior developers
Overseeing release and lifecycle management(deployment strategy, branching model, sandbox setup)
Acting as an escalation point for tough issues: deep troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance/stability improvements
Collaborating with stakeholders to draft solution options and choose the best long-term approach for the platform’s health
About you
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and developing Salesforce solutions (with architecture responsibility)
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II+ Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
Strongexpertisein Apex, LWC, and async processing(Batch, Queueable, Scheduled)
Solid experience with integration patterns(REST/SOAP, Bulk API, event-driven approaches)
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and align stakeholders
Englishfor international collaboration + Czech or Slovakfor local stakeholder communication
Nice to haves:
Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Managementor Automotive Cloud
Background in Insuranceor Banking(compliance-aware delivery)
Working toward Application Architector System Architectcertification path
Hands-on CI/CD experience (Copado, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Experience with Data360or Einstein /Agentforceimplementations
