As a Salesforce Sales Specialist at Wipro Technologies-Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within Western Europe by leading complex sales cycles related to enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen to collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, develop customized sales proposals, and close high-value contracts. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and ensuring alignment with industry trends and evolving technology landscapes. The role requires a balance of technical understanding and consultative selling skills to effectively translate customer needs into impactful business solutions.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including solution architects, delivery managers, and marketing specialists to design and present compelling sales strategies. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to proposal development, negotiation, and successful closure of contracts within the Salesforce and enterprise applications domain.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving large-scale, multimillion-dollar deals that require an understanding of global business operations and stakeholder management.
• Develop deep client insights to drive customized solution selling, ensuring alignment with client business goals and technology roadmaps.
• Utilize pipeline management tools and CRM systems to monitor sales activities, forecast revenue, and strategize account development.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and workshops to articulate Wipro’s value proposition effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts and delivery teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Apply design thinking and innovative approaches to sales enablement that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with a focus on creating win-win partnerships that promote long-term collaboration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies related to cloud computing, security, and business process outsourcing.
• Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales function.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in sales roles within IT services and consulting sectors, with demonstrable success in large deal closures and complex sales engagements.
• Proven history of working with enterprise clients in Western Europe, understanding market dynamics and regulatory environments.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with additional European language skills considered a plus.
• Familiarity with professional services sales models and an understanding of business process outsourcing landscapes are advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure deals and create financial models supporting business cases for clients.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Experience with design thinking principles to enhance client interactions and solution development.
