Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. The consultant will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous development of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stabilization and post go-live evolution of the Service Cloud project.
• Initiating Artificial Intelligence initiatives for Customer Care to automate client request processing.
• Creating reports and maintaining Sales Cloud.
• Analyzing business needs with functional teams.
• Defining technical specifications.
• Developing technical components and implementing user stories.
• Maintaining necessary technical components.
• Contributing to automation and AI initiatives (Agentforce) for Customer Care.
• Participating in the optimization of reporting and operational dashboards.
• Preparing and executing unit and integration tests.
• Correcting anomalies identified during testing phases.
• Managing incidents and writing technical documentation related to developments.
• Managing releases.
