As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Sr. Associate you will support client service engagements focused on Salesforce consulting, with an emphasis on sales technology and Revenue Cloud solutions within our Salesforce practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while using professional judgment to deliver work that aligns with project goals and business context. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to solution design, implementation support, issue analysis, and delivery activities that help clients improve sales process execution and revenue operations through Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation workstreams across sales technology client engagements
• Gathering requirements and translating business processes into Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions and process designs
• Configuring Salesforce applications, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Lightning components
• Analyzing business models, system integration points, and technical dependencies to inform solution decisions
• Developing project tasks, status updates, and issue tracking materials for assigned deliverables
• Validating data, workflows, and application behavior during testing and deployment activities
• Preparing training materials and user guidance to support adoption of new technology solutions
• Applying analytical thinking to troubleshoot application issues and recommend process improvements
• Mentoring junior team members on implementation tasks, documentation, and client delivery methods
• Building client relationships through clear communication, active listening, and responsive support

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience using Salesforce Revenue Cloud in client settings
• Applying Salesforce Administration, Lightning, or Sales Cloud skills
• Eliciting requirements and translating needs into implementation tasks
• Analyzing complex workflows and mentoring junior team members
