As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your versatile consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Utilizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud to enhance client business processes and strategies
- Developing training materials to support effective use of Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions that align with client strategic objectives
- Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in achieving project goals
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and code of conduct

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Utilizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud for client-focused solutions
- Navigating complex business systems with analytical thinking
- Developing innovative designs and embracing emerging technologies
