Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (FSO) initiatives as part of a centralized QA Team. This role focuses on hands-on testing, automation support, and quality execution across BAU and project workstreams.
You will work closely with business, delivery, and development teams to ensure faster, higher-quality releaseswhile contributing to reusable test assets and long-term platform knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Support BAU (post-go-live) and project-based QA initiatives
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation
- Contribute to QA automation using TestComplete or Test Manager
- Work within ADO or Jira to manage test execution and defect tracking
- Utilize Salesforce Developer Console for troubleshooting and validation
- Partner with POD teammates to continuously improve QA processes and standards
- Support KPI tracking related to quality, cycle time, and defect trends
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of Quality Assurance experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud (FSO)
- Experience with:
- TestComplete
- Salesforce Dev Console
- ADO or Jira
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to QA automation frameworks beyond TestComplete
- Prior experience working in a POD or COE model
