Abra is seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycles
• Oversee customer communication and expectations
• Create and maintain comprehensive project specification documents
• Conduct quality assurance of implementation outputs
• Provide matrix management for implementation team
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate complex data migration efforts
• Develop strategic project management approaches

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Proven proficiency in advanced project management techniques
• Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective project strategies
