The Salesforce Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Salesforce contracts and subcontracts as assigned by management. This position will support “billable” contract work and will also be required to support growth functions within the company, primarily focusing on growing Index’s Salesforce Practice. The Project Manager must be capable of starting and running a new project with little guidance from senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Index Analytics Salesforce programs and projects
• Comprehend SOW and manage to scope and deliverables
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Set internal and customer and project teams, ensuring that sprint goals and objectives are understood by all
• Plan and manage staff resources and allocations
• Prepare budgets and track actuals
• Prepare and review project schedules
• Lead the facilitation of Government customer meetings between Baltimore and Washington D.C.
• Run and participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies
• Manage the entire product development process by collaborating with government & Engineering team, using Visio and other design documents to show end-to-end processes
• Serve as a member of Index Analytics Leadership, supporting corporate initiatives and enhancing current CMMI Level 3 processes
• Participate in and lead business development activities including networking events, partnership meetings, and writing proposals
• Support resource planning and management across the Salesforce practice
• Support and nurture the Index Analytics Salesforce community of practice

Qualifications

• US citizen, or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
• Possess PMP certification
• Possess more than 5 years of management experience, leading projects of more than 10 people
• Previous experience working with Architects and Developers
• Education - Bachelor’s Degree (4 years Government contractor experience may substitute)
• Security Clearance - ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
• Previous SAFe Agile and JIRA experience desired
• Previous Salesforce experience and Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to multi-task and perform business development and implementation work simultaneously

The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
