Note: Salesforce Lightning experience is a hard requirement for this role — candidates without demonstrated Lightning platform design experience will not be considered
Many of our products were built over time across distributed teams and evolving standards. As we invest in long-term product quality, we are modernizing our applications to create clearer, more accessible, and more scalable user experiences.
We've been on a massive hiring spree, building in-house product and engineering teams, strengthening collaboration, and defining how we design going forward.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a modernization role.
Fonteva presents a unique opportunity. Built on the Salesforce platform and serving large association organizations, Fonteva combines enterprise workflows, highly configurable experiences, and member-facing journeys that directly impact customer success. As we continue investing in the product, we're looking for a designer who understands how to create exceptional user experiences within the realities and constraints of the Salesforce ecosystem.
We are seeking a Product Designer with Salesforce/Dynamics platform experience to lead UX strategy, workflow design, and customer experience improvements across our Fonteva platform.
This designer will work at the intersection of enterprise software, configurable member experiences, and large-scale association management solutions. They will help shape both the experiences our customers use to manage their organizations and the member-facing experiences delivered through the platform.
The ideal candidate has experience designing Salesforce-based applications, understands Lightning Design System patterns and constraints, and can create scalable experiences that balance business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities. They are comfortable navigating complex workflows, collaborating closely with Salesforce engineers, and bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces rather than waiting for fully defined requirements.
You are comfortable working alongside Salesforce engineers, product managers, and technical stakeholders to develop solutions that respect platform constraints while still delivering meaningful improvements to the user experience.
You understand that enterprise products are built through systems, components, workflows, and patterns. You think beyond individual screens, finding opportunities to create reusable approaches that improve consistency, accelerate delivery, and support future scalability.
You don't wait for perfectly defined tickets. You notice friction, ask thoughtful questions, and work with product and engineering to improve real workflows.
You're comfortable operating in evolving environments and can bring clarity to ambiguity. Rather than waiting for complete requirements, you help shape them. You seek to understand the underlying problem, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and help teams make better decisions through evidence, exploration, and collaboration.
You combine qualitative insight and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions. You don’t rely on opinion — you seek evidence.
You use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, exploration, and iteration. You’re comfortable experimenting with modern prototyping tools and identifying practical applications of AI in product development. AI will be a fundamental part of nearly all of our novel design processes.
You advocate for accessibility improvements and understand core usability and WCAG principles.
