The Salesforce Principal Consultant is a senior client-facing leadership role within Scyne’s Transformation practice, responsible for initiating, influencing and delivering high-impact Salesforce-enabled transformation for public purpose clients. This role will provide strategic direction across complex Salesforce programs, lead client teams and projects, contribute to new and existing client work, and help shape scalable, sustainable solutions that enable the acceleration of performance improvement and business outcomes. The role requires a leader who can operate as a trusted advisor to C suite stakeholders, translate business and policy priorities into practical technology outcomes, and work collaboratively across Scyne to drive commercial success, innovation and client impact.
There is flexibility for the position to be based in any of our national offices: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide. Regular interstate travel may be required.

Previous consulting experience is favourable. This will allow you to hit the ground running, leading consulting engagements and being directly involved in the day-to-day management of our local Transformation practice. As a Director, you will also develop new project work with existing clients and through creating new client relationships.
