Salesforce Platform Manager1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own platform health, environment strategy, and production stability
  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce releases (seasonal + CI/CD via Copado)
  • Lead sandbox management, refresh cycles, and data masking
  • Define and enforce CI/CD, version control, and deployment best practices
  • Design federated development model for multi-team scalability
  • Govern Agentforce and Data Cloud integrations
  • Establish and lead platform governance (CoE, standards, security, tech debt)
  • Act as primary contact for critical incidents & Salesforce support


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years in Salesforce Platform Management / Architecture
  • Strong expertise in Copado (CI/CD & release management)
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, environments & governor limits
  • Hands-on with Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience managing business-critical production environments
  • Strong stakeholder communication & problem-solving skills


Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of Agentforce / AI-driven workflows
  • Salesforce certifications (App Builder / Deployment Designer)
