We are seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer with a strong “Flow-first” mindset to design, build, and maintain scalable automation and business solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role emphasizes declarative development using Salesforce Flow as the primary automation tool, while leveraging Apex(only as needed)and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when necessary. The ideal candidate understands how to balance maintainability, scalability, and user experience while collaborating closely with admins, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Automation

  • Design and implement business solutions using: Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, Platform Event Flows); Validation Rules; Approval Processes; Dynamic Forms & Dynamic Actions; Formula Fields

  • Follow a “clicks before code” development philosophy

  • Evaluate when declarative solutions are appropriate versus custom Apex development

  • Build reusable, scalable, and well-documented automation solutions

Platform Development

  • Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced UI requirements

  • Optimize automation performance and prevent recursion/governor limit issues

  • Support integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems

Architecture & Best Practices

  • Apply Salesforce best practices for: Flow governance; Error handling; Naming conventions; Security and sharing; Deployment management

  • Participate in solution design reviews and technical planning

  • Help modernize legacy Process Builder and Workflow Rule automations into Flow

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with admins and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Participatein Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support

  • Mentor junior developers and admins on Flow-first development strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Salesforce platform development experience

  • Strong expertise in: Salesforce Flow; Lightning Web Components (LWC); App Builder; Apex (as needed)

  • Experience with: Sales Cloud; CPQRevenue Cloud; Reporting and Dashboards

  • Experience designing complex Flow automations at enterprise scale

  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools: Copado / Gearset / DevOps Center; SFDX

  • Knowledge of securitymodelProfiles; Permission Sets; Sharing Rules; Field-Level Security

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I; Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; Salesforce Flow SpecialistSuperbadge

  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns

  • ExperiencemigratingWorkflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow

  • Experience with object-oriented programming, design patterns, and performance optimization

  • Nice to Have: Einstein andAgentForce; Commerce; Platform Events; MuleSoft
