We are looking for an experienced Salesforce OMS Specialist with 9+ years of Salesforce platform experience and strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Order Management (OMS) to design, implement, and support end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.
You will work closely with business, commerce, and integration teams to ensure seamless order orchestration, fulfillment, and post‑order management across multiple systems and channels.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solutions to support complex order‑to‑cash business processes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, including order capture, validation, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Configure and maintain Order Objects, Orchestration Plans, Fulfillment Orders, and Salesforce Flows
• Implement order routing and orchestration rules to support multiple fulfillment scenarios.
• Integrate Salesforce OMS with:
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes, including inventory management, fulfillment, payments, billing, and refunds.
• Implement and support integrations using REST APIs, ensuring reliable data flow across systems.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, commerce teams, and integration partners to translate business requirements into scalable OMS solutions.
• Provide post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of OMS capabilities.
• Nice to have: Basic Apex development experience and exposure to complex, high‑volume OMS environments.
