Brite, consistently ranked as one of the best places to work, is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with a robust background in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Omni Studio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in requirement gathering and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience in the Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations will be highly valued as we expand our services to meet the unique needs of these clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our clients’ business processes and requirements to fully understand their needs and document their Salesforce requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Omni Studio to design and implement solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Transform business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Create detailed business requirement documentation, user stories, and to-be process flow diagrams.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and governance for Salesforce usage within the Public Sector and Non-Profit domains.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure user adoption of new features and functionalities.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations is highly desirable.
