Technical Architect
As Technical Architect you are an industry advisor, responsible for leading the delivery of medium to
large, complex technology architecture and solutions to clients in various industries.
Responsibilities:
● Pre-Sales: Provide industry expertise, comfortable in conversing with executive level
business-side clients on the opportunities, impacts and implications of Salesforce and
other relevant technology. Design and develop technical solutions for medium to large
and complex enterprise clients, from pre-sales/RFP process to project implementation.
Perform estimations to accurately assess the time and effort required to deliver
solutions.
● Business Analysis: Facilitate workshops, document business requirements and develop
Solution Design Documents. Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the
information into business and technical requirements. Develop prototypes to prove the
solution approach and design. Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and
makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
● Solution Design/Requirements Definition: Demonstrated understanding of underlying
client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled
solutions from complex business requirements. Designing high-quality business solutions
by contributing to a well thought out Solution Design from a technical and functional
perspective including product configuration, user stories, business rules, etc. Present
and discuss technology solutions with client executives and key stakeholders. Work with
Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect in deriving optimal solutions in solving
business challenges.
● Project Management: Serve as technical lead on engagements, including providing
mentorship and guidance to team members. Established leader and advisor in
cross-technology issues and risk mitigation. Serve as a key technical member of project
engagements, directly working with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution
Architects and key client stakeholders. Involved in sprint planning activities, including
work estimation as part of delivering agile Salesforce projects. Involved with resource
planning and technical team deployments.
