🔹About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead Engineer/Architect to support the implementation of a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance within the "Atlas program". The role combines hands-on platform setup, integration work, migration activities, and technical ownership across multiple business streams.

🔹Responsibilities

• Set up and configure a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance in collaboration with the client's lead architect.
• Design and implement integrations between SFMC, Salesforce CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Support migration of emails, campaigns, journeys, automations, and related assets from the existing SFMC instance.
• Act as the technical point of contact for Marketing Cloud-related topics across Atlas workstreams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to stream leads and project teams.
• Contribute to defining the future service management and operational support model for Marketing Cloud

🔹Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Email Studio
• Contact Builder
• Data Extensions
• SQL Query Activities
• Experience setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments from scratch.
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
• Strong troubleshooting and solution design skills.

🔹Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
• Experience with SFMC migration projects.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

🔹Must-have

Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, integration, and migration projects.
