Job Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Salesfoce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team located in LatAm.

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of applications developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain complex journeys and dynamic email content using AMPscript, SQL, and Automation Studio.
• Implement and support integrations between Marketing Cloud and other systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APIs, and external data sources.
• Work with large data volumes, including data modeling, advanced segmentation, and data synchronization.
• Collaborate closely with technical architects and functional teams to ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations, platform enhancements, and controlled go-lives.

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Solid technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, including:

o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin

o Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
