As a Salesforce LwC & Apex & Integration- Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of Salesforce consulting, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. Your ability to interpret data and provide insightful recommendations will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions. Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce Lightning and Apex development projects to enhance client solutions
- Integrating enterprise software systems with Salesforce to streamline business processes
- Developing and implementing technology solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives
- Conducting business process modeling to identify opportunities for process standardization
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and integration
- Collaborating with teams to develop innovative designs and emerging technology solutions
- Creating and maintaining training materials to support technology implementation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex business challenges and drive technology innovation
- Engaging in requirements elicitation to define and document client needs and expectations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Implementing enterprise integration solutions effectively
- Excelling in developing training materials for technology implementation
- Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
