As a Salesforce LwC/Agentforce Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Administration skills to deliver tailored solutions
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of new technologies
- Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to align with client strategic objectives
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve client outcomes
- Managing systems project management tasks to support successful technology implementation
- Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and trust

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Possessing experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex
- Demonstrating skills in API integration and workfow automation
- Excelling in developing scalable solutions and backend logic
- Crafting dynamic AgentForce workfows and AI-driven decision models
- Utilizing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Collaborating effectively with product owners and analysts
- Experience in enhancing case-management workfows
