About the opportunity
The Business Systems Analyst Associate (Salesforce L1 Support) will be part of the support function responsible in providing exceptional customer service, support & system administration for Salesforce. This support administrator will act as interface between business owners, other internal stakeholders & technology in order to administer and enhance the system.
The role of Salesforce will ideally reside in Manila, Philippines. This role will report directly to the IT Associate Manager for the Asia Pacific region and shift will be during North American hours (US time zone).
What you'll get to do
• Provide level 1 support to all end users on Salesforce.
• Ensure that support service levels are maintained
• Manage the exception queue in Salesforce and ensure that cases are promptly transferred to the correct team.
• Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels
• Manage new business on-boarding onto Salesforce & RPA platform & terminating customer de-activation
• Manage Salesforce community's customer on-boarding process
• Deliver the continuous training program to all members of Dayforce.
• Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for the business as needed
• Liaise with other members of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence on various initiatives
• The shift will be in North American hours but be prepared to work in shifts APJ/EMEA only if there's a need.
Skills and experience we value
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
• At-least one year experience in Salesforce or RPA
• Salesforce certification preferred
• Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong problem solving, data and software applications skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and declarative configuration is preferred.
