Job Description

TAKE YOUR CAREER IN A NEW DIRECTION

At Eurostar, we’re fuelling the future of rail travel – operating in five countries and sparking new opportunities for travellers. But our trains connect much more than just people and places. They’re helping us build a greener, more inclusive future for everyone. Join us and you’ll be part of a passionate team which always goes the extra mile.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Intern to join our Technology and Process Optimisation team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. Eurostar is continuously improving its CRM Systems, to provide the best Customer Service possible, empowering our customer-facing staff in the stations, the call centre, and on board the trains, but also to deliver new Marketing capabilities to re-activate and acquire new audiences.

We are constantly extending our Customer Service Platform (Salesforce Service Cloud) and Marketing Email Campaign Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to learn more about our customers, anticipate their queries, and better target them.

This 12 month fixed-term contract position is based at our London Kings Cross office, with hybrid working (expectation to be in the office twice per week). The salary for this role is fixed, and is £26,996.56 per annum.

The close date for this role is 5pm on Thursday, 18 June 2026.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Be part of a multi-disciplinary team (including functional / business / technical / contact centre / stations), with people from various backgrounds, in a multicultural environment.
  • Be involved in the day-to-day support of the CRM systems (mostly Salesforce platform), resolving operational issues, reviewing, and analysing causes and supporting improvements, enforcing a Salesforce system governance.
  • Participate in the development of the system, following the Agile methodology (several cycles of development, testing, presentation to the stakeholders, release to production), for various changes to support our Contact Centre, Sales Team and possibly Operational teams in Stations
  • Document new processes and support enhancements to our CRM solutions.
  • Work on key projects relating to CRM Systems in the e-business and distribution area, such as Automated Operational communications and Delivery of new AI features.

To apply, candidates should:

  • Have recently graduated or be in their final year at university in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or STEM related degree (preferable).
  • Have a demonstrated interest in CRM and data
  • Have excellent team working skills
  • Be eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to cope well under pressure.
  • Have the ability to multitask.

Benefits

We’re constantly working to create a bright future for our company and our colleagues. That’s why we offer a wide range of brilliant benefits, including:

  • Travel benefits that can be used for both work and play including 75% off underground network from Day 1
  • Competitive defined benefit pension scheme
  • Free Eurostar tickets

  • Ongoing training and development
  • Lots of other exclusive deals, discounts and perks
