Job Description

Requirements 
  • Required – Technical Skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field  
  • 10+ years of experience in integration, SAP, or enterprise systems projects 
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs  
  • Expertise in Salesforce-SAP integration design and validation  
  • Experience with customer master, account, opportunity, order, quote, pricing, billing synchronization  
  • Knowledge of API-led integrations, middleware, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML 
  • Experience with error handling, reconciliation, integration testing  
  • Experience supporting SIT and UAT readiness activities  
  • Experience with FSD/TDD reviews and integration validation  
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 
  • SAP Integration Suite Certification

Responsibilities (Activities to perform) 
  • Lead Salesforce-SAP integration governance activities  
  • Validate customer, account, opportunity, pricing, order, billing integrations  
  • Review opportunity-to-order and lead-to-order integration scenarios  
  • Assess customer master data synchronization and reconciliation processes  
  • Review mapping documents, payload structures, API specifications, middleware designs  
  • Coordinate with Salesforce, SAP, middleware, and technical teams  
  • Support interface testing, defect triage, SIT, and UAT activities  
  • Identify integration risks, dependencies, and design gaps  
  • Validate error handling and monitoring frameworks  
  • Support cutover readiness and hypercare activities  
  • Produce integration readiness assessments and status reporting  
  • Present findings, recommendations, and risks to stakeholders and leadership teams 

Required Languages 
  • English: Fluent Advanced
