Salesforce Insurance Industry Sales Leader - Accelerate Insurance Transformation with Salesforce and AI

Our Salesforce practice is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a proven Insurance Industry Sales Leader to expand our presence within the Insurance market.

This is a hunter-focused role responsible for developing executive relationships, creating new pipeline, expanding strategic accounts, and leading complex Salesforce consulting and managed-services opportunities.

Why This Role Matters

This position will serve as the primary growth leader for the Insurance industry within our Salesforce practice. You will work directly with insurance executives, Salesforce account teams, NTT DATA client executives, and delivery leaders to generate new opportunities and drive transformational business outcomes.

Success in this role requires a blend of industry expertise, business development capability, Salesforce ecosystem relationships, and consultative selling experience.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business Growth

• Identify, pursue, and close net-new Salesforce consulting, implementation, modernization, managed-services, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and AI opportunities within Insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive networking, Salesforce partnerships, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Develop account-based growth strategies focused on whitespace expansion, buying-center development, and long-term revenue growth.

Build Executive Relationships

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with Insurance executives, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Customer Officers, and business-unit leaders.
• Engage customers around modernization, customer experience transformation, data strategy, agent productivity, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
• Partner Across the Ecosystem
• Develop strong relationships with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, Industry Leaders, and Alliance teams.
• Shape and lead strategic pursuits from qualification through contract execution.

Expand Salesforce-Led Transformation

• Position Salesforce Industry Clouds, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, and managed-services offerings.
• Help clients modernize legacy customer platforms while expanding Salesforce adoption across additional business functions.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or consulting sales experience.
• 8+ years of success selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services, or digital transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience selling into the Insurance industry, including carriers, brokers, reinsurers, or Insurance technology organizations.

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to originate and close multi-million-dollar services engagements.
• Experience developing executive relationships and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience generating self-sourced pipeline through proactive hunting, executive networking, and account penetration.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem relationships, including Salesforce Account Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, Industry Leaders, and Alliance teams.
• Financial Services Cloud experience.
• MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce exposure.
• Experience working within Salesforce consulting partners, systems integrators, or professional-services organizations.
• Salesforce certifications.
