About the role

We’re looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with hands-on experience delivering solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud. You’ll work with healthcare and aged care organizations to design and implement Salesforce solutions that genuinely improve how services are delivered to patients, members and care teams.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions and working closely with delivery teams to bring them to life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead discovery workshops with healthcare and aged care clients
  • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
  • Configure Salesforce Health Cloud (data model, care plans, patient profiles, workflows)
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Support UAT, training and go-live activities
  • Contribute to best practice frameworks and accelerators for healthcare implementations
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Salesforce Health Cloud certification essential
  • Experience running workshops and gathering requirements
  • Ability to turn complex needs into simple, scalable solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
