This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity

We're looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our CRM Platform team. This role sits right at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery. You'll work closely with Sales and Operations teams to understand what they're trying to achieve, challenge assumptions, and deliver solutions that make a real difference to the buisness and our customers. This role comes with genuine ownership of the full solution lifecycle, and real scope to shape how we use AI to build smarter, faster, and more effectively. Here is what you can expect from this role:

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops to translate operational needs into user stories and functional specs.
  
• Design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions using Flow Builder, Lightning Platform, and AI-assisted development tools.
  
• Apply and promote an AI-first approach, guiding stakeholders on practical AI tools in their workflows.
  
• Partner with Operations and Sales teams to enable feature adoption through training and change management.
  
• Evaluate and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems or third-party APIs.
  
• Develop reports and dashboards to convert platform data into actionable business intelligence.
  
• Maintain platform health, security, data integrity, and user access across ~150 users

What you will bring to our team:

• Proven experience in a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Solutions Consultant, or Business Analyst role.
  
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant required (plus Salesforce Certified Admin baseline).
  
• Strong business analysis skills, including workshop leadership, process mapping, and user story creation.
  
• Demonstrated ability to independently own the full solution lifecycle and leverage AI tools.
  
• Practical understanding of Salesforce integrations, third-party tools, and AI workflow applications.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
