In this role, you will be the primary architect driving the integration between Salesforce and complex downstream fulfillment systems. You will have the unique opportunity to build resilient, enterprise-scale workflows supporting physical and digital goods, directly optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global cross-functional teams.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Spearhead end-to-end functional design for order fulfillment processes across Salesforce Order Management and related platforms.
Act as the primary bridge defining critical data mappings and interface contracts between Salesforce and downstream fulfillment systems.
Convert complex business requirements and epics into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
Govern cross-system data flows and integration patterns to ensure robust, fault-tolerant, and consistent order orchestration.
Lead design discussions across global time zones to resolve critical dependencies between sales, logistics, and support teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing heavily on Salesforce Order Management and CRM platforms.
Proven track record collaborating with downstream fulfillment systems like ERP, WMS, or service provisioning platforms.
Strong capability to translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and interface specifications.
Solid understanding of integration patterns including REST APIs, event-driven, or batch processing.
Hands-on experience operating within agile frameworks utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with high-volume, enterprise-scale order processing and logistics environments.
Familiarity with complex fulfillment scenarios such as partial shipments, backorders, or digital provisioning.
Proficiency using Postman tools for API validation.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
