As a Salesforce FSL- Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance their business processes and drive service excellence. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, fostering meaningful relationships and anticipating client needs. This role offers the chance to work within the Service Technology - Salesforce Service Cloud, where you will apply your knowledge to solve intricate problems and deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and uphold professional standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be exposed to diverse perspectives, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, all while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and integration of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for clients
• Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client requirements and timelines
• Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Administration skills to enhance client service capabilities
• Developing and delivering training materials to support client adoption of new technologies
• Conducting business process modeling to optimize client operations and service delivery
• Providing technical consultation and support for enterprise software and IT infrastructure projects
• Collaborating with teams to innovate and integrate emerging technologies into client solutions
• Analyzing client feedback to refine and improve service offerings and project outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and Salesforce Lightning
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
• Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
• Implementing technology solutions in client-facing environments
• Embracing change and innovation in emerging technologies
