ob Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, and integrations, along with a good understanding of Salesforce best practices and data models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize standard objects, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and reports
• Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide ongoing support

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong experience in:
  • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Future methods)
  • Lightning (LWC/Aura Components)
  • Visualforce
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
• Hands-on experience with Flows and process automation
• Experience with version control tools like Git

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and modern UI frameworks

Certifications (Good to Have)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (preferred)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (optional)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have
