📋 Tasks and responsibilities

This position supports the applications and business processes used for the development and maintenance of gas, electricity and public lighting networks. The main focus is Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) within a broader workforce management and field digitalization landscape.

• Provide corrective and evolutive maintenance for existing Salesforce FSL applications and related Service Cloud setup used by operational field teams.
• Contribute to ongoing roll-outs and upcoming enhancements in collaboration with project and maintenance teams.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, queues and groups in Salesforce.
• Perform master data updates and bulk changes for items such as service catalogues, timesheets and service appointments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems in deployed environments.
• Work with business analysts to define use cases and user stories.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure the related user stories in Salesforce.
• Prepare and execute system tests and system integration tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Run sanity checks after production releases.
• Support change management activities, including user manuals and release notes.
• Interact with the wider application landscape, including Salesforce and custom Xamarin-based mobile applications, SAP PM, SharePoint Online, GIS, Office 365 and ESB integrations.

Hybrid working is possible, with up to 2 remote days per week subject to applicable policies.

📌 Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Clear understanding of Object Manager, including custom fields, page layouts, Lightning pages and validation rules.
• Hands-on administration experience with users, profiles, permission sets and queues.
• Experience with data management tools such as Salesforce Inspector.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce FSL core capabilities, including Work Orders, Work Order Line Items, Service Appointments, work planning and scheduling, resource assignment, work steps, execution flows and field data capture.
• Knowledge of key FSL objects such as Work Orders, WOLI, Service Appointments and Timesheets.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Practical use of Jira for backlog management.
• Background in functional analysis, including use cases and user stories.
• Testing experience covering test case definition, test execution, and incident or bug follow-up.
