Meaningful Work From Day One

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will own the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will act as a key bridge between senior architectural strategy and associate-level execution, designing complex system modifications and ensuring AI-driven initiatives align with business needs

What You Can Expect

  • Leadsthe design and configuration of complex system modifications, prioritizing scalability and long-term performance

  • Develops robust components independently using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows while adhering to enterprise standards.

  • OptimizesAI and data workflows by configuring Agentforce agents and streamlining Data Cloud ingestion to improve business insights.

  • Mentorsjunior team members by reviewing code, providing guidance on best practices, and answering technical questions.

  • Partnerswith business stakeholders as a technical point of contact to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

  • Enforcesquality assurance standards and testing protocols to ensure all changes meet deployment readiness requirements.

  • Managesmid-sized technology initiatives, overseeing timelines and resources to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

  • Supportsthe organization by diagnosing complex system issues and creating training materials for end-users.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field OR equivalent Salesforce development experience.

  • ​Professional Experience: Demonstrated ability to independently manage Salesforce implementations and solve complex technical problems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong mastery of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Platform Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced expertise in Lightning Flows, Git Version Control, and SF CLI.

  • Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and REST API concepts.

  • AI & Data Experience: Practical experience with Data Cloud ingestion and Agentforce configuration.

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

What Makes You Unique

  • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.

  • Experience acting as an operational liaison and project manager for technology initiatives.

Working Arrangement

In-office at the Brown-Forman Louisville, Kentucky Corporate Headquarters Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
