About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our IT team and support key go to market functions across the organization. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support our business processes, enhance user experience, and integrate seamlessly with ERP, iPaaS, and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to partner closely with cross functional teams.
This is a hands on development role—not a help desk position—and requires strong solution design capabilities, system configuration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce functionality.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with business teams to identify needs, develop solutions, and support projects across Sales, Customer Experience, ERP, Product, and IT.
• Customize and configure Salesforce using Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform tools.
• Build integrations and automations using Salesforce APIs and iPaaS tools such as Workato.
• Support end to end project activities including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements, optimize existing solutions, and maintain overall platform health and performance.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for Salesforce and application related issues.
• Maintain documentation, solution designs, configuration standards, and application best practices.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations with ERP systems, external apps, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop training materials and support user adoption across teams.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, tools, and capabilities; recommend improvements.
• Lead and support ITIL/Service Management best practices within the IT organization.
What You Bring
• 7+ years of application development or Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, Java, PowerShell, Lightning Web Components, C#, and front end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and external system connectivity.
• Hands on experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred; Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar acceptable).
• Familiarity with relational databases (MS SQL Server preferred).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or customer service business processes a plus.
• Salesforce Certifications strongly preferred:

◦ JavaScript Developer I
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non technical partners.
• Strong prioritization, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Commitment to operating safely, ethically, and in alignment with company values.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience building Salesforce demos or technical assessments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, product data, and digital customer portals.
• Background working in or supporting manufacturing environments.
• Ability to grow with the role while maintaining efficiency and strong execution.
