ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer II
to take ownership of complex enterprise Service Cloud solutions. Operating in US Central Time (night shift for IST), you will build scalable applications using Apex, LWC, and REST/Bulk APIs. You’ll get hands-on exposure to AI-enabled workflows and observability, while ensuring core system stability by maintaining existing Aura/Visualforce components and CI/CD pipelines.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the unified work architecture for post-sales support and operational excellence across Salesforce Service Cloud and related operational systems.
- Work across active engineering workstreams including AI Case Summarization, bulk email/communications platform, omnichannel routing and case orchestration, agentic feedback sync, and Salesforce-to-data-platform integrations.
- Rotate into the DFR role to triage critical alerts, monitor platform health KPIs, handle keep-the-lights-on injects, track open incidents, investigate routing and automation failures, and document findings in Confluence.
MUST HAVES

4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development roles

- Strong development skills using
Apex, LWC, and Flows
.
- Expertise in
Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Omnichannel
.
- Hands-on experience with production Salesforce support and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability in operational/incident ownership, monitoring, and incident management.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with complex routing/orchestration.
- Data Integrations: Specifically integrating Salesforce → Snowflake.
- DFR-like experience and familiarity with other observability/monitoring platforms.
- AI/agentic Salesforce experience.
