We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing Tech team in Tunis. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and extension of our Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud platforms. You will work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager and other stakeholders to design, develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Your next missions :

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom solutions within Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components and other relevant technologies.
• Configure and customize Marketing Cloud features, including email templates, journeys, automation and data extensions.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud and third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key marketing and sales metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud automation, journeys, data extensions and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
