In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering high‑quality solutions, this role designs, builds and implements scalable Salesforce solutions by translating business requirements into robust technical outcomes, supporting the full delivery lifecycle and driving continuous platform optimisation through best‑practice Salesforce development.

  • You will design, develop and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and declarative tools to meet business and technical requirements.
  • You will translate functional requirements into robust technical designs by collaborating with stakeholders, analysts and delivery teams.
  • You will ensure solution quality by applying Salesforce best practices, coding standards and architectural principles across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • You will support continuous improvement through maintenance, documentation, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

About you

  • You bring strong hands‑on Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, APIs and integrations.
  • Your skills include deep understanding of Salesforce data, security models, platform limits, and secure, scalable solution design.
  • You are experienced in modern delivery practices, including Git‑based version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, testing, debugging and performance tuning.
  • You work effectively in Agile teams, collaborating with analysts and architects to translate functional designs into maintainable, high‑quality solutions.
