Salesforce Developer Expert
Requirements:
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Over 6 years of experience in Salesforce development
Strong expertise in Apex, Async Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
Experience developing UI components, LWC, Aura, Visualforce
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, performance optimization
Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Experience using Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes
Proven experience with Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices
Ability to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams
Nice to Have:
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Visualforce
Lead end‑to‑end development ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance with best practices
Architect scalable solutions aligned with business and sales strategy objectives
Implement advanced automation using Flows and Process Builder
Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams
Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of solutions
Align technology solutions with business strategy and sales objectives
Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce architecture and processes
